Order review

Once it is listed as a special order, the sales, production, quality, procurement, process and other departments are required to carry out joint review to meet customer needs to the maximum extent Some special orders also require the production department to prepare quality control and production plan, and the quality department shall track and supervise.
Production plan
In fact, it is very important to make a good production plan in PCBA production. Due to the complex production process and short delivery time of PCBA, the production cycle should be based on weekly production plan and daily production plan,
(1)Capacity analysis
For the following aspects:
①Load capacity of mechanical equipment in use;
②The total production standard time of the product and the standard time of each process human load capacity;
③ The lead time of material preparation -- the ability of early preparation;
④ The size of the production site or the number of testing tools - site load capacity.
(2) Capacity adjustment

③ Whether the materials can be in place on time and how to solve the problem when they are not in place;

(4) weekly plan and daily plan.
The establishment of a complete weekly and daily production plan is the basis of on-time delivery. At the same time, it must have the following functions:
① It is convenient for the grass-roots production departments to master the production plan and completion status every day;
② It is easy to master the workload of each department and each equipment, and make appropriate adjustment. After the production plan is drawn up, the following preparations should be made to ensure the smooth completion of the plan.
Personnel a: whether the personnel in each process meet the demand;
B equipment: whether the equipment is sufficient and abnormal;
C whether the steel mesh and fixture are fully prepared and whether their quality is good;
D material: whether the electronic components and other materials are in place on time and in accordance with the quantity;
E production process: whether there is conflict between production process and manufacturing process;
F quality control: whether it is routine quality control or has special needs to prepare quality plan;
G training: whether the personnel are familiar with the operation of the post, how fast, and whether it will affect the production capacity. Only in this way can a relatively complete production plan be reached. Then the company will work out a smooth, clear and reasonable production schedule according to its own process flow and the above planning points.
Material purchase

Manufacturing process
( 1 )Scheduling
